Review content:
I left my car for the day and was expecting three tires to be replaced on my AWD car. When I returned, I found FOUR tires replaced. Ugh, time for war! Thankfully, I was told that the Manager (Ben?) called GoodYear and was able to get the fourth tire replaced for FREE since it's better for an AWD car to have equally worn (or new) tires.
Thanks Elliott, I appreciate your thoughtfulness and I won't hesitate to pay you a visit the next time I need some tires.
