Review content:
As a life long resident of Seattle and one that knew what KIDD Valley was like BEFORE Ivar's Incorporated took it over, I can be counted as one of the many that has seen KV go down hill in everyway.. from the quality of the food to the service. One thing you will consistantly hear from ppl that knew what KV used to be like is how the patties have shrunk considerably and the grade of meat used is cheaper, (full of gristle), and also how these restaurants are being run with a skeleton crew now as compared to before the Ivars Corporation took over. So yes, it's all about cost cutting.. both in labor and in product quality. Sad to see that happen to KV. If I want a good burger, now I go to The Ram family restaurant (formerly The Ram Sports bar & Grill) located in U-Village
Pros: History
Cons: Small patties, Cheap grade meat, Ivars coporate greed
