Review content:
I went to the new store on Wards Road to purchase a gift for my daughter. There were many people working behind the counter organizing the jewelry and basically ignoring customers. After 1 person offered to help me, I purchased a charm that I told her I was engraving with my daughter's new initials. After coming to work the next day, my coworkers told me that they engraved jewelry there, but the sales lady said nothing to me about this. I found the people there to be snooty and hateful and I will never shop there again. Both of my daughters have Pandora bracelets, but we will purchase the charms elsewhere from now on. When I'm spending my hard earned money, customer service is a must.
