I took my computer there 10 days ago and informed them I had to have it back by April 5th at the VERY latest as I had a seminar to prep for on the 6th. Guess what? Today is the 5th and I'm typing on my husband's laptop. I am so angry at these lowly people. Do not take you computer there -- other places are better. Walk in there and you'll be shocked at the absolute mess!! I think it's just a bunch of old hippy geeks who work when they feel like it. They don't care a lick about you. I may be out of a job because of this. So, therefore: WARNING-- do not use this unprofessional so-called business!!!!!!
