Horrible place to live! Stay away at all cost! We lived there for nine months and paid our rent on time every month. However, four of the nine months we received an eviction notice stating that we never paid. I had to continually go to the office to straighten this out. When we moved out they said that everything was paid and we owed nothing. I asked for a letter stating this because I knew that they were poor at keeping records. A year later I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed a month and a half's rent and if I did'nt pay this they would report it on my credit. I told them I had their letter stating I owed nothing. They said they would not honor THEIR OWN LETTER and that I owed the money. Unbelievable. I read other negative comments on similar websites such as this, but I ignored them thinking this place can't be that bad. Please don't make the same mistake that I made.
