BEWARE! Pegasus is the curtain between you and an absentee landlord who will claim false damages upon move out and take your deposit and run after your lease is over. Will trash your credit with accounts with questionable information. And Pegasus is somewhat protected by law, their alibi being they blindly act only as their landlords are telling them to. (uh-huh) \r

If you have problems, as so many in the Clear Lake area have since at least 2004, you need to serve the the property owner and forget about ever speaking to Pegasus again, as once you're no longer a tenant they will disappear behind their phones and computers.\r

Potential tenants: check #26 ""Special Provisions"" in their lease, as this is the basis for having your deposit robbed. \r

If you want to get your deposit back by spending a full year jumping through the hoops of the court system, use Pegasus!
