Review content:
I have used a few other management companies before Pegasus and I can't express how much more you get out of this company. Most companies let the tenant destroy your property then expect you to pay for a complete remodel. Pegasus makes it the responsibility of the tenant to leave the property the way it was when it was leased to them.
I have always received prompt response whether its by email or phone when I have a question. They truly look out for their clients. This is a secure financial decision with my portfolio of properties
