Manager was rude and disrespectful and made it seem like paying over a hundred dollars for something that sucked and not being able to return it was an ok thing and that signing the receipt consented to their horrible return policy. I paid with my debit card that?s why I signed the receipt!\r

""Sign on the bottom for the charge..."" does NOT mean ""Sign on the bottom acknowledging that you understand our return policy on appliances and acknowledge the charge"" \r

Suggestion to Trade Secret or Beauty Express: Read a book called Raving Fans. If after reading you do not feel that your policy should change POST SIGNS!\r
