Review content:
I give Pflugerville Cleaners a very poor rating because they damaged my formal gown and then I was subjected to sarcasm when I ask to be reimbursed for what I paid for the gown. He told me that his machines don't create stains on clothing and tried to imply that I bought the gown with stains on them because according to Rick, the owner, that's what people do. I told him that I had a very important event to attend the following night and that I had to wear that gown. He sarcastically told me that I wasn't the only one who had an important event to attend. I was highly upset about the damage to the gown, the insult of implying that I purchased a stained gown, and the flat out sarcasm. What business owner does this to a 17 year long customer? He even asked me why I had a new formal gown cleaned. I'm wasn't the only person to try it on. Take a picture of your garments before taking them to Pflugerville Cleaners. They don't know the meaning of customer service.
