I happened upon this place while trying to find decent storage for a reasonable rate. Whodda thunk it was on some back road in Pflugerville! :)
What I was finding were storage facilities of 5' x 5' for around $50.
I was amazed that for $39, I was able to get a 5' x 10' at this beautifully-kept storage facility. They have gate access, reasonable hours, and the manager was just a joy to work with.
The facility is family-run, and the manager was wonderfully flexible when I had to move out on a Sunday (when he wasn't around the office). I was able to drop off my keys and go without a lot of paperwork hassle. I'm not saying he'd do that every time, but I did enjoy working with such a reasonable manager.
Pros: Convenient, Reasonable Rates, Wonderful Management
