Well I had a court date in Harris County for child support and a man in plain clothing came up and grabbed my bag and said are you fannon stephens your under arrest. I said for what and they told be burglary of a habitat. I said what. They took me into police department and then took me and booked me with only my purse not my court documents that I needed because I am in a major battle with my husband. The police officer brought my evidence against My ex to the house and showed them everything. Well Bills sister knows the detective and that is how they ended up arresting me for nothing. Now they are filing harrasment charges on me just for calling for my son. I did call alot but I cant believe someone hasnt stepped in and stopped this. I have so many police reports for domestic violence but I never wanted him to go to jail. He is trying to take everything and he has Roman forest getting involved to help him. Why would they arrest me right before court without evidence and no warrent. The case is dismissed I never received my things and now they are filing harrasment charges I guess for the next court date where they can arrest me. Well I have the DA on my side now and they are fixing to do an investigation over the whole police department. They will set you up if they know someone or friends with someone in that little town. They are currupt I have never been treated this way in my life
