Review content:
I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism you get from Walker Monument. My wife and I lost our baby boy and had been dreading having to purchase his grave marker. When we walked in we did not receive any helpful service. The girl who ""helped"" us was very short and rude and kept checking her cell phone during our consultation. She had no idea what she was doing and made the experience very uncomfortable. When the ""artist"" sent us the first proof it was very wrong. The second: wrong. The third: wrong. So on and so forth. The artwork they did looked like it had been done by a 5 year old. When I tried to cancel the order the person who I talked to was quite rude and did not want to refund my money 100% She claimed I owed them a $75 fee for the artist's work even though it was awful. Only after arguing with her sternly did she agree to send me back my money. Then she hung up on me. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. People who have to deal with grieving families should have more tact and professionalism.
