Review content:
One resident described it well on my first visit: The management are not pleasant, are very capricious, and play loose with the application of ""rules"". For example, if they don't like your RV, they may look for an excuse for getting rid of you. For example, some have encountered ""surprise inspections"" for bogus issues. Even though they have community showers, they complain if you use them. So if you do, they may demand an inspection to ""prove"" that you have your own shower facility in your RV. This is probably a good illustration of the mentality of this park. They accept your money but act like they are doing you a favor. It is not a business model where the customer feels like a true ""guest"". The management also regularly violates City of Kerrville water rationing rules by watering lawn areas not easily seen from the highway and wastes a lot of it on pavement. But it kinds of illustrates their general ""we don't give a care"" attitude. I would not recommend it to women living alone.
Cons: Very unfriendly
