Better confirm and re-confirm again about when they're coming unless you want your WHOLE day wasted waiting for them to show up. These guys lie about their service window. Told me 8-12 in the morning when I booked the appointment and then their guy calls me at 10:40 that morning to say he's coming between noon and 2pm. Called to complain and was told they don't even send their guys out til 9am. Well, your guy John us a big, fat liar then. Thanks for wasting my entire day!!!!! So far they are a 1-star.
Ok, I will give them a four-star. The service man came here around 1:15 and was very polite, professional and thorough. I was not charged for the service call since my Samsung fridge is still under warranty. The fellow that came to my house restored the company's reputation, as far as I'm concerned. They still get a demerit star though because of their clueless office guy, John.
