The address is wrong on the web there by value village in kennewick by the mall. Anyone that can bring an iphone back from the dead that has been in a Koi Pond for the last year has my vote. Anyone that truly puts themselves out there has to charge more. From what I gather from all the references I have received you have a few options in the Tri for cell phone repair. But only 1 choice that can be trusted. I took the time to write a positive review because these guys went above and beyond. They have as much overhead as the rest of the business's in town.......what do you expect FREE? Yes you can get your knock off parts off amazon or EBAY. If so do it and quit your b*****n. CELLULAR 911 save both my iphone 4s in under and hour. Once again the phone had been under water for over a YEAR! If you choose these guys please take the time to review. As I stood there waiting for my phone's I saw nothing but happy customers. Sounds like a competitor has a problem with these guys to me.....
