Review content:
I have been purchasing dog food and using their dog bakery since they opened. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the self serve dog wash. I took my dog in there to give him a bath. He had been groomed and got dirty and needed washed off so off to Mutt's and co I went. The girl explained everything to me and then went to her pc and started playing ignoring the self serve washing. I started to wash my dog and another girl came in with this huge very furry black dog. As she was grooming and washing her dog (at the same time) the fur was going all over the place. She was actually aiming the dryer to blow MASSIVE amounts of fur my way. It was all over my dog, the floor in my mouth and the girl at the counter wouldn't have known if a bomb went off. I shouted to her many times saying HEY!!! HELP!!! and nothing. I finally had to stop my washing pick up my wet dog and go over to her. Even THEN she didn't look up. I FINALLY SHOUTED HEY!!!!! and she looked at me like huh? Finally she moved us but it didn't help. I was really upset. Yes, incompetent people at your store do need policed!!!! And if you work there, you need to manage that area, not just let it manage itself because it is self serve.
