I've lived at one of Mint Properties' Merriam Park (St. Paul) apartment building's for a little under a year, and all I can say is that I love the apartment and love the company. They know quality, value, and customer service. If you are interested in one of their apartments, they will respond to you in 24 hours. If you, as a tenant, have an issue, you will not only receive a response but will see some sort of action taken, again, within 24 hours. They are committed to maintaining a healthy, quiet, and comfortable environment for their tenants and truly know how to communicate effectively!
I am having to move for work, but I can honestly say that I would readily rent from Mint Properties if the stars align in the future! I only hope to find a management company as wonderful as Mint in the meantime.
