Review content:
I asked for a quote for an ad and was quoted a good price for a very ideal ad placement. They sent over a contract and stated that if we wanted to continue, simply sign the contract and return in. \r
\r
Well, as any business should... we did research and got multiple quotes and package offers. In our Advertising and marketing discussion we laid out all our options so far and decided to go with a different ad package with another publication. \r
\r
On the ad submission deadline for Dental Shopper, I received a phone call asking where our ad was. Being very confused since we did not sign into anything and had not heard anything from them since the quote, I informed the lady that we were not aware the page was reserved. I apologized for any misunderstanding, but our understanding was that if we wanted to continue we could sign the contract. Long story short the Lady was very rude and unprofessional. She began to down talk the advertiser that we did decide to go with and demand to speak with the person who she gave the quote to, which was on vacation at the time. \r
\r
About an hour later, the owner of the publication called which you would think would be a good thing....WRONG.... not only was the owner rude and demanding a logical reason as to why we did not choose their publication, but he began to bad mouth the advertisor we chose as well. \r
\r
I understand that it can be very frustrating when things dont go as planned, or clients don't make decision as you would want them to.... but there is a right and wrong way to handle things.... and its obvious they were wrong. \r
\r
Over all this publication is very unprofessional, and I WILL NOT be seeking advertisment with them in the future. \r
