So I just got back from returning my Comcast modem. As slow as AT&T DSL is I finally got irritated enough with Comcast that I went with DSL. Slower but cheaper and although the service is not great it is a huge leap beyond Comcast. But here is my point. I was the first one in line to return my equipment with one guy behind me. Of course they were suppose to open at 8:30 so they opened at 8:35 while the two of us stood outside in the freezing cold. While in line a security guard walked in and asked the do nothing manager behind the desk if they had ordered a Security guard. She said yes so he asked what he needed to do. She replied; ""just stand in the corner and keep the customers off of us"". To which the guy behind me says, ""Comcast needs security?"". Do nothing responds with, ""yes we do the people that come here are out of control."" He and I had a loud conversation about why they needed security which of course did nothing . But this story tells you two things. One, the people of Olathe hate Comcast so bad that they actually get violent. Two Comcast could care less about serving their customers they just need to, ""keep the customers off them"". Well let me be the first to say your best bet is to help them accomplish that goal. Never go with Comcast. Pros: None would not get one star if I had an option Cons: Worst customer service alive, expensive
