We bought a used 2001 Honda Civic from them a couple of weeks ago. It was an ""as is"" sale because of the mileage. We negotiated the deal over the phone with Maggie and she honored the price when we came in to see the car. During our test drive the car ran well but seemed to idle rather roughly. The day after purchasing the car and driving it, I realized that something was definitely wrong. We called the dealer back and they were very nice and told us to bring the car back and they would take a look at it. They found that it needed new engine mounts and offered to fix it only charging us their cost. Really, they could have told us ""tough luck"". It was a high mileage car. We appreciate them standing by the vehicle. Now it purrs like a kitten.
