so i purchsed a guitar for my daughter, and about 5 hours later i decided it wasnt going to be the best thing, so i tried to return in. not only did they refuse my return (although the owner herself ackowladges never informing me of the policy) after we complained we were told that if we were going to be difficult that we werent the type of people she wanted to do bussiness with. . . what happened to the days where you could work somehting out with people???? its not like i had the item for a month, a week or even a few days, we are tlaking hours after the transaction. all i can say is BEWARE!!!
