I brought my 2 year old daughter with me. She was constantly opening the door because there are no locks at the top of the door. Some of the outets didn't work. The blowdryer barely worked. The whirlpool is the oldest in invention. The mattress is uncomfortable and is definitely not a sleep number like I read somewhere. Cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets. Room service doesn't come every morning like the manager says it does. If it doesn't come and you need towels, they make you come get them yourself. No one will bring them to you, though it isn't your fault room service never came. I wanted to put the trash outside the door since no one came to take it out. This hotel is definitely nothing to be excited over. It's not a good deal for the price. It is a bad location. The staff is not polite, much less understandable.

Cons: Inoperative outlet, poor door locks, poor room service
