Review content:
The technician at Alpha Appliance did an amazing job of analyzing our problem with our dishwasher. He explained the problem and helped do the dirty work of cleaning out all of the build-up that our hard water was causing. He suggested a simple, inexpensive solution that has taken us with being way unhappy about our dishes to quite happy in just one day!
The technician could have suggested that we needed a lot of parts replaced or other costly work to make more for himself, but he addressed the real issue (unlike another ""professional"" who told us we needed to replace a part that is actually working just fine and wouldn't have changed our situation one bit).
I plan to contact Alpha Appliance immediately if I need help in the future. I trust the work, and I know I'm not going to get a run for my money.
