They took me to chicago and never came back to pick us up to take us home! I ended up paying a ton of money for a cab home. \r

Against my better judgement I used them again only because they were the only one with that day available! On my wedding day... they showed up so late that I had to call a new limo service to take me to the church! Then Elvis Limos finally showed up WAY tooo late. I would have missed my wedding if I would have waited for them! They had dirty glasses, nothing to drink, dirty limo! I wouldn't of even got in with my white dress if they paid me! I have never recieved a apology, and have called a million times to get my money back which was promised to me and not received one phone call back. I still have not received any money back! Tommy is very unprofessional and please please don't trust him or this company! They will ruin your day! Please pass on the word not to give them any business! I probably will never see that money so don't let this happen to any of you!
