Review content:
I went with a friend to help her buy her first car. We're young females, just out of college, and working hard at our first jobs. My friend found a 2007 Civic that she loved so we took it to my mechanic who found $2000 worth of repairs. We took it back to Jay Honda to negotiate repairs and prices and they refused to budge saying that the car had passed through their certified maintenance. We pushed, trying to at least get a new battery (the Civic had the original battery, which failed the stress test of my mechanic). The manager said that if a car turns on then the battery passes . . . so much for certified maintenance! He also treated my friend and I like we were insane to want the battery replaced and the price lowered stating that ""someone will buy it"". Jay Honda sells cars with failing batteries to unsuspecting people so I urge everyone to be a smart consumer. These guys were rude and will do anything to make a quick buck, including putting people in unreliable cars.
