Review content:
This people do not demonstrate high professional standards. I would recommend to use another shop if you need a PC repair. \r
I phoned this place because the battery of my toshiba laptop was not charging when the cord was pluged in. They said that they didnot have the ac adaptors for my model but they could have a look at the laptop and see if I really need a new adaptor. \r
So I came and they checked the voltage on my old AC adaptor and found that it (adaptor) was broken. This is all they did for the flat fee of $49.99.\r
As soon as I agreed to pay the flat fee a suitable AC adaptor for my model materialzed in the shop and they sold it to me for about $15. \r
I do not know if it was a genuine mistake by the person on the phone or was it done on purpose but I did feel unjustly treated and overcharged.
