Try looking that one up ""judge"" Martin. Free speech is protected, now matter how deplorable. As a matter of fact, the more deplorable it might be perceived, the more we protect it in this, the greatest Country on God's green earth. By your ruling ""judge"", one day, someone may think your right to express yourself from the bench is ""offensive"", and exercise their decsion to ""negate your offensive situation"". If and when that time comes, will you seek justice in the U.S. Constitution or the Koran?
