I have been working out with encourage fitness for over a year now. I am in the best shape of my life and I feel terrific. Workouts are tailored to my goals and current fitness level. Encourage fitness continues to challenge me and to keep our sessions exciting. Workouts are both challenging and fun. Kimberly, the owner, Kimberly has a very positive and upbeat personality that is very infectious. Kimberly keeps me working out for an hour solid without getting bored.
