I LOVE Fluff N Fold. LOVE IT! But its hard, you have to trust someone not to stain or shrink or lose your clothes. After a few years of different vendors in the area, I found Gary. He is a sweet little man who will make sure your clothes are taken care of, give you good deals and also make sure that service is as convenient as possible. I moved to Hollywood, and never got to say goodbye. Finding someone who is that caring and affordable with your laundry is incredibly difficult. He offered to work out a schedule for me to pick up the clothes after hours, charged about $1/pound and knew customer loyalty was everything. Sometimes Gary has unpleasant women working there, but he will take action if you tell him you were ignored or not happy. I stuck with him for 3 years. MISS YOU GARY!
Pros: Affordable, Trust-Worthy, Superb Customer Service with Gary
Cons: The other women there are less worried about time and service than Gary
