Review content:
Don't use her!\r \r I used her for a chapt.7 in 2005 and now want to refinance my house. There was one, medium size, outstanding lien on my house title.\r \r I tried to use her to deal with this obstacle for my badly needed re-fi. After all, she was previously retained by me and had all the court records.\r \r I called and called and finally, after weeks, got a response by voice mail. Then I tried for weeks to respond to her msg, same thing - no response. I finally caught her assistant live and actually talked to someone. She assured me it was simple and all that was needed was a call from her to the loan officer. Well, after that didn't happen, I suggested a letter. Then weeks later, I was assured that Angela had looked at the case and would dictate a letter.\r \r I offered to pay in advance, if that would speed things up and was told it was not necessary.\r \r Weeks went on and I heard nothing from them. Then I got a denial letter from the mortgage broker - all because of Angela Armstrong's callous indifference and unprofessionalism.\r \r I finally figured the condition I was in with her reading similar symptoms suffered by other people using her.\r \r My advice - don't do it!
