RICKY MEDINA is very unprofessional when it comes to running his business. He denied that he is the owner of M&M property management. Ricky Medina told his employees to offer new renters 1 month free after the first years' least but he will not honor the offer that his employees are told to tell new tenants. When I asked Ricky Medina as to why he would not honor the free month he disconnected the phone and would not take any calls from me. I feel that M&M property management is SCAMMING new tenants. And now unfortunately my children will not have a Christmas this year because we must pay the month that was offered to us for free. This is not the first time that I had an incident with Ricky Medina, in Nov 2011 one of his employees told my son that she was going to 'kick his ass' because he would not play with her son. Rather than confronting his employee I decided to to speak directly with her boss, Ricky Medina. Ricky told me that he would not tell his employee anything because it was none of his business. I told Ricky Medina that because she is his employee and it happened on his property during business hours that he should be involved. He refused. He was very rude to me and made it seem as if I was making a big deal out of nothing, making a verbal treat to a child is a big deal to me. I did ask Ricky Medina what would he do if someone told one of his children that they are going to 'kick their ass' he stated that he would probably kill that person, I felt that that statement was very inappropriate and not professional. Ricky Medina does not know how to speak to people in a respectful and professional way.
