This place is a joke. For 400 bucks a month you get a manager with a pill addiction, a family of freaks who she sends out to do everything for her (i.e. eviction notices, telling people they need to do this and that), roaches EVERYWHERE, even the common areas, drug dealers all over the place. If you are looking to get high this is the place to do it. Not to mention the apts smell of cat piss, my cats would deficate in the corners of the rooms because they were confused as to where to do it, the corners were saturated in piss before i even moved in. I spent over 150 bucks shampooing the carpets and that didnt even work.. When you go to the managers office just take a BIG DEEP breathe, you'll smell it. Apt 22 is by far the worst. 5 people in a 2 bedroom apt.?? im pretty sure that against city code. The management it horrible. She thinks everyone should kiss her butt, but unfortantly we arent like that. She will take your money and pocket it without telling the main owner. If you are at all intersted in living here ask for the owner, management is underexperianced and needs your money to buy her drugs with. I witnessed it one day, her daughter brought over a rent check from someone else i believe and on top (supposed to be outta my site) were several pills, she said "" Oh, IBPROFEN, thank god."" Im not retarded, ibprofen is brownish tan, these were round white pills that looked like oxys. Management needs to be out of there and i will do what i can to see that that happens.. You shouldnt have to walk on egg shells at your own house.\r

To be an apartment manager, an individual must be a high school graduate, have excellent communication skills and have knowledge in property management. \r

That depscription is the exact opposite of current management at bradford place. If i had it my way id apply for management and clean that crap hole out!
