Review content:
I used this company for a very simple, uncontested divorce back in 2003. They said they would let me know the court date. I kept calling, asking for a progress. I finally stopped in one day and was told ""oh, your court date is in 3 days.""
Fortunately it all came out ok. I was glad to save money. But, I had a bad feeling the whole time that they were dropping the ball, and that I had to keep pestering them to stay on top of things.
The thing that surprised me is that they were never ashamed or apologetic for dropping the ball. Never the slightest hint of they thought they were under performing, or disappointing the customer. I got the impression that's how high they aimed, and they didn't care. If 50% of their business works out ok, then they're happy.
I'd probably use them again just to save money. But, you really have to stay on them like you're dealing with a 5-year-old.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Ineffective, disorganized, lack of attention to details
