Greg at the Pleasantville Post office needs training in customer service. I went to the Pleasantville Post office to inquire about renting a PO Box. His attitude was very short and unprofessional. According to him in order to rent a PO Box you have to change the address on your Drivers License and car registration (to what with out the PO Box Number) in order to get the box. I own a home in the state of NJ and didn't feel I would have to chage the information just to get a PO Box. He offered no options or information, which I received at another location, then from his co-worker upon my return to that location. In this day and age when good, not exceptional customer service should be utilized to attract new customers, I feel he should be made to attend classes in offering better service to customers.
