Dr. Lau is very kind and does a great job of listening and making recommendations that did not include a normal pharmaceutical treatment. He actually explained why something was wrong and what would help and/or fix the issue. He also took extra time to research non traditional solutions to help. Really he is a wonderful doctor. His office is no frills, but clean and the staff is always so nice and friendly. I have had nothing but a great experience.
Pros: The whole experience was wonderful.
Cons: Perhaps out of date magazines, but I was not in the waiting long enough to read them anyway.
