Review content:
I have no business dealings whatsoever with this company, and yet I get a call a day, sometimes two, for the last few weeks, from an individual there who refuses to give me his name and contact information, refuses to connect me with his manager, and continues to call daily demanding a woman who's name I do not know return his call. I realize that collection agents are trained to ignore people who claim to not be the person requested, but still; twice now I've told him the same thing, and the third time when I requested to speak with his manager he called me a very rude string of words, then hung up on me. With a little luck he won't be calling again, although I doubt it. Do not have dealings with this company.\r
\r
On the plus side, when I called their offices a very nice woman answered the phones and, after I explained my situation, she told me that there wasn't much I could do about it without certain pieces of information, which I intend to obtain.\r
\r
Seriously, do not have business with them under any circumstances.
Pros: One nice secretary
Cons: Rude collector who can't take a hint
