Review content:
Just like the reviews for many other ethnic, or regional, restaurants -- the scores are very low from the transplants. I have no respect for any transplant who chooses to live in Los Angeles, yet complain about our food. There is no city in the country that can match the quality of so many specialty foods than Los Angeles. New York may be close.\r
\r
That is why so many of these reviews should be ignored. I have live in Texas and this place can compete with their BBQ. Also, their is great atmosphere to the shack of a restaurant.\r
\r
For the people who do not like this place, go back to Tony Roma's where you belong. That way, I will not have to wait so long for a table.
Pros: great BBQ
Cons: the long drive from the SGV
