Review content:
I can't believe I drove for even fifteen minutes to try this place. The place has table service, and the lifers there are courteous enough, but just. Seat yourself whereever, I guess. Most menu items are over fifteen dollars, with a handful of sandwiches for $7 and change. The texas hot link sandwich was lacking in heat of both the temperature and spice varieties, though, ironically, it did give me indigestion. The spicy barbecue sauce and wet naps likewise failed to live up to their names, being sweet and dry, respectively. I think the waitress forgot momentarially about the fries, judging from the flicker of surprise on her face when I asked about them after she said ""have a nice meal,"" so she didn't drop by again until it looked like we were finished. Mention cold food, and she'll just give you more of it to make up for the dissapointment. Quantity trumps quality here, and only barely. And oh yeah, the booths are so narrow that footsie is inevitable, and don't try to balance yorself with a hand on the table when you squeeze in; the tables aren't bolted down. Almost launched a saltshaker across the room with that one.
Pros: Sharp toothpicks, dry napkins, cold water.
Cons: everything else
