Review content:
It has been a year trying to get a monument placed at my loved one's grave. I paid a $1000 deposit to get the work started and after many revisions one of the stones was chiseled with the lettering not right justified so that the birth and death dates do not line up properly. This company made the mistake and they want me to pay another $500 to correct it. They made it clear by saying, 'It looks fine to us' that they don't intend to fix this situation. This is a lasting tribute to my loved one and it doesn't matter what they think! I am paying for it and legal action is the next step. This is a hard enough process without a company standing behind their work to make the customer a 'satisfied customer'. The people at this 'family' owned and operated business have zero integrity!!
