Today I went there for brunch and parked in the lot that validated parking for Madison's. It was $30 flat rate for the day because Hoboken Art and Music festival was happening. When we went to pay for brunch, the waitress informed us that they would out of comp stickers, so they were just subtracting $10 off the bill. It wasnt until I went back to the garage when I realized that no matter how long you parked, it was for $30 and it would only be $10 if you had a validation sticker from the restaurant. So here I was paying $20 for parking after recieving only $10 off the bill.\r

Food was fair. Oysters were warm and of poor quality - very gritty. Chocolate fondue was good, but wished they had nutter butters and pretzels.
