DO NOT go to this body shop! They seem friendly but when it comes to having your car serviced there. FORGET IT! They don't take care of your car and will do things without your conscent! Ususally before a mechanic does anything to your car that you didn't request for, he would have to call you to confirm that it is okay before he proceeds. Nope, not at Greg's Collision Center. They ASS-U-ME that it looks fine when it actually not. I brought my car in to have my bumper replaced. I came in with a flat tire and figured when I get my car back, it'll have a new bumper with my spare on it. NOPE, they did replace my bumper but put back my old FLAT tire back on because it 'looks' fine. WTF!? there was a reason y i changed it idiot! of course, they didn't call me before they put my old tire back on and when i placed the tire gauge to get a reading, it read '0 PSI' the fool who took my car in said it 'looked' fine. And since the body shop was closed, he couldn't put air in it. Then i noticed all these scratches on my car; as if someone used a dirty rag to wipe down my car and scratched it in the process. the interior was even worse! supposedly, they used a conditioner for my car but when the guy wiped it down, he 1/2 @ss it and it looked 1/2 dry and 1/2 damp. The service guy said it'll dry evenly. Well guess what? it didnt! Also, they screwed up my speakers! I have a bose system and some how they managed to mess that up to. he's claiming its my ipod transmitter thats y the sound isn't clear. It's not! It doesn't matter what i play, stereo, cd or ipod, it should have surround sound and all 7 speakers should work! Anyways, if you don't want to deal with unprofessional people, then i suggest you find another body shop. It's a waste of my time and $ going back to this place when supposedly they're good, but why would i believe that when they only got 3/5 stars! so people, BEWARE! Do your research, and as a favor, you can cross this body shop off your list.
