A/C breaks on a thursday night. I call them first thing on Friday morning and they come out at 10:30am. After 15 minutes they say they have fixed the issue and left. 2 hours later the condo is back up to 80 degrees and they refuse to come back before monday unless we pay an overtime rate. What??? They wasted my time and made me leave work and they cant come back until Monday on a 90 degree weekend? I called someone else friday afternoon and they fixed the issue for us. Of course Southern Air Cond is still going to cash my check for the visit and wasting my time. Great business Southern Air Cond & Heating!
