Stopped in on a whim on the way back to Phoenix. Place wasnot very busy when we ordered 3 subs, a child's pizza and some cheese sticks. 45 minutes later, still no food. I asked up front and was told that it was at least a 40 minute wait. I said I had I had been there 45 minutes already, and the very abrubt and rude response was, ""well, we're really busy."" A few mintes later, someone came to the table, and said she would find out how long it would be. 15 mintes later, still nothing...person who came to the table was rolling dough...there were 4 people working in the back. Asked again how much longer (we're over an hour now and several other tables had already left upset) and was told rudely ""we're doing the best we can."" At that point I got my money back and left...they had not even started our order. Did not at any time see a manager or was one offered. HORRIBLE service, rude staff. Definitely will NEVER go back there.
