Cook Remodeling and Custom Construction are absolutely wonderful. They came back with a very reasonable bid for our master bath. James was our consultant, and he is great. The remodel with our master bath was so good we were so happy with the results so we went ahead and used them again for our hallway bath and a few smaller projects.
I think the quality of the work speaks for itself. However, I think their focal point is the customer service they provide. They respond quickly and are always prompt and professional. They have great communication and even provided a communication log to me so I always knew what was going on. I've never heard of such a thing, and I thought it was great! Also, I think they are very friendly. I have dogs and they can be a little annoying at times, and the people from Cook Remodeling were always very nice and respectful to me and my dogs. I have recommended their services to friends of mine and plan on using them again in the near future!
