We moved into our new home in Sun Lakes in May of 1999. Everything looked so beautiful. We loved it. As the years went by, we realized we needed to make some changes to our kitchen. We had a gas stove top on our counter leaving very little space to have our morning coffee and read the newspaper.
We called a few general contractors for quotes. We decided on using Cook Remodeling. Jeff, our project manager, had some great ideas. His ideas combined with my needs eventually became a wonderful easy to use kitchen. The project was finished on time and just how we wanted it. The experience was very positive.
In 2011, we decided to redo the master bath. Twelve years had passed and we needed to update the look and provide for the future. We wanted to make everything easy to use as we gently moved into the seventies. age that is not the decade. We again got a few estimates but decided to use Cook Remodeling. It was an easy decision. We trusted Jeff. We liked the workers who worked on our kitchen.
We wanted something that would not require a lot of up keep like re-grouting tiles etc. Jeff had some great ideas and we incorporated the age friendly upgrades to produce an age correct bath. The workers on this project Dan and Christopher worked very clean. They were terrific technicians. If we had a question they had the answer. We adjusted the project as it progressed. The shower is now level with a slight down grade to avoid any steps, the counter tops are comfort height and of course the commode is higher. The master bath project is truly a work of art. We now have the ability to heat the tile floor for the cold winter mornings.
The entire experience was great. We have plans to re-do the guest bath. This time we will not need to get more than one estimate. We know we will use Cook Remodeling without any hesitation.
