Review content:
I own a 2006 Subaru Outback and needed to replace all four tires on the vehicle. I asked Andy (the owner) which tire is the best all-around, 4 season tire that would most replicate the michelin tires I previously had. He recommended the Nokian i3 tire. They seemed like perfectly fine tires driving 15-25mph in town. However, a trip to Montreal nearly ended in a serious car accident. What I later learned from my Subaru dealer was that these tires are 3-season, do very well in rain and dry but are not intended for slushy/snowy weather. Andy was defiant and assured me the tire was not the issue and directed me to the Nokian rep (Kervin) to discuss my concern further. I told Kervin I was looking for an 4 season Nokian tire that can handle New England conditions. He personally recommended the WRG2. I then asked about the i3, and his response was, ""I would not recommend that tire for NE conditions"". Andy wanted nothing to do with this and offered no resolution. Unacceptable service. Needless to say, my wife and I will move on and hope others avoid this shady business. Pros: Convenient location Cons: Horrible Service
