This store and its representatives treat customers with disrespect ! This company will NOT return or exchange your shoes even when you present a receipt and the shoes have never been worn! There is no sign to warn you and the attendant doesn't tell you! It is only on the receipt that you are given AFTER purchase. So once you buy it, your screwed if for some reason your'e unhappy with your purchase! \r

Go spend your $130 + at Macy's or Nordstroms if you want a decent pair of shoes! At least there, you're treated with some sort of dignity!
Cons: Horrible customer service!!!!!
