Review content:
This is the first time I am ever even writing a review on a business just because I can not believe this business is in existence. I actually bought a car from Giuffre two weeks ago. Believe it or not when I got my online quote via email from them they told me the car would be 21,650. I went to the dealership and the price magically changed to 27,800. This is not a joke. Turns out I did lease the car after causing a scene and they did give me a decent deal, not great but decent... this was only the beginning of my horrors....\r
\r
Two weeks after i bought the car I was having an electrical problem so I figured I could just bring it in and being that it is 2 WEEKS old they would take care of it no problem. Long story short I was told the problem could not be due to ordinary issues but I must have done something wrong to the car and my warranty has been voided!!!! I paid $340 just to get my car back from the shop!!! My rim was scratched and my family and I were told we had to leave the shop immediately and wait ouside to pick up my car. The service manager, Tommy, even continued to call me ""Bro,"" ""Cuz,"" ""Yo,"" and ""Son."" Unreal.\r
\r
I am taking this to court and what not but please, for your own good, take your business elsewhere. My story seems outrageous and I wish it was made up.
