review Pasqual P. Bronx, NY 1 star rating 1/15/2011 I went to this dealership because their internet pricing for used cars was the lowest I found. Before I went out to Brooklyn I called to make sure that the vehicle I was interested in was available, and I was told that it was. When I arrived and spoke to a salesperson the first thing I was told was that $2000 had to be added to all internet prices. In the next breath she informed me that the vehicle I wanted was not available. My second and third choices were not available either. I should have left immediately but needed a car desperately and eventually made a purchase. Their policy requires in-house financing, and the rate of interest would not be quoted until I committed to the purchase. I was not too concerned about the astronomical interest rate because I knew I could refinance with a Municipal Credit Union for a much better rate- (less than half of what these bandits were charging) Four months later, when one of my tires was damaged I realized that my vehicle did not have a spare tire, despite paying a good sum for ""dealer prep"". I called and spoke to Iggy, manager and son of the owner, in order to give the dealership the opportunity to make this situation right. I was informed that all purchases were ""as is "" and that there was nothing that could be done to correct this problem.
