Kristal is amazing with my thin, listless hair. She always takes the time to ask me what I want to do with my hair. When I don?t want to make any drastic changes she knows the correct color and style from my previous appointment. When I do want to make a change she consults me to a decision I am always happy about. The service you get from Kristal is friendly and professional. She knows all the latest processes and trends. She never makes me wait. She colors, shampoos and dries my hair with such efficiency. I used to be at the salon for what seemed like an eternity but now I?m in and out in a reasonable time and my hair has never looked better. I usually ask Kristal for recommendations on products and she never steers me wrong. She recently recommended Davines shampoo and conditioner and it is now my favorite. It really keeps my hair healthy and shinny. The Side Door atmosphere is sleek and clean with lots of great looking stylists and customers. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave the salon. I recommend Kristal to all my friends!
